Shipping & Delivery

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $75 NZD. Shipping for smaller orders is calculated at checkout.

Shipping typically takes 2–5 business days within New Zealand. Please note this can be impacted by freight delays beyond our control.

We endeavour to get all orders packed and ready to collect by the couriers within 2 business days. Some items may need to be made if not currently in stock.

Currently, we only ship within New Zealand. We hope to offer international shipping in the future!

We pack everything with care, ensuring there is adequate filler material to protect your items and prevent any damage during transit.

Production & Lead Times

Most items are kept in stock and ship quickly. Some items can take 2–3 days to manufacture. If there are any further delays, we will let you know within 24 hours of placing your order.

Yes! You can request specific colors from our available filament range. If you don't see the color you want, just send us a message or email and we can create a custom order for you.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days as long as the product is in resellable condition and you cover the cost to return the item. Please refer to our Returns Policy page for full details.

If your item is received damaged, let us know immediately and we will sort this out for you as quickly as possible.

If the item is faulty, we will replace or refund it with no cost to you.

Product Information

We use PLA filament, which is fairly eco-friendly. PLA is derived from plants like corn and is biodegradable under certain conditions.

We recommend keeping your prints indoors and not storing them in hot cars or in direct sunlight. PLA can soften at temperatures over 50–60°C.

We take great care in manufacturing all our items with better than standard settings for strength, and we try to avoid using anything with removable small pieces. However, we still advise our items are not suitable for children under 3 as parts could break off if treated incorrectly.

Orders & Payment

We accept all major credit cards through Shopify Payments, as well as cash in person at the markets we attend.

Yes, as long as your item hasn't shipped yet, we can cancel or modify your order. Just get in touch with us as soon as possible.

At the moment we do not offer gift wrapping as a standard option. However, if you really need something special done, reach out and we will see what we can do!

Custom Orders

Yes! While we do not have designers in-house, if you have a 3D model you have the rights to print for your own personal use, we can get this sorted for you. Just send us an email or contact us through our website.

Yes! If you have seen a design from one of our authorized designers, we are happy to get the model for you and get it printed.

Yes! We offer free local delivery if you are in Invercargill (within the city limits). Just select local pickup at checkout or contact us to arrange.
